From the beginning, it was imperative that we created a sustainable brand reflected through our products, down to the packaging we use.
We wanted to create a brand that not only we were really proud of, but a brand that customers would feel good knowing they're supporting a sustainable business, in the word of fast fashion and mass plastic use.
PRODUCTS
All of our products are created from high quality faux leathers and fabrics meaning no animals are harmed and are 100% cruelty free.
We also only ever produce in very small quantities, with only 50 pieces made per colour per style, as we believe in quality over quantity and also to avoid over producing products.
We have also introduced a limited edition collection of bags all made from deadstock and vintage fabrics that were otherwise destined for landfill. Not only are we giving these fabrics new life, they are unique and mostly one-of-one designs we are really proud of.
We are continuing to increase the number of products produced from more sustainable fabrics and materials.
PACKAGING
It was really important to us that we didn’t contribute to the use of plastic satchels or plastic packaging.
For shipping, orders are sent in recyclable cardboard boxes, and 100% biodegradable courier satchels made from sustainable plants and non-toxic, compostable resin.
We use no plastic for our product packaging, only recyclable materials including - paper stickers, tissue paper, cardboard thank you cards and swing tags.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped through carbon neutral deliveries.
This means that for every order that we send, we purchase carbon neutral credits which helps reduce emissions, supports carbon-offset projects and more.
We also only ship our bulk produce deliveries by sea shipment, although this means they take a little longer to be delivered to us - it is a lot kinder to the planet than sending by air (express).
SUPPLIERS
Our production and manufacturing factories are ethical and safe, with all workers paid a fair wage.
We make annual visits to our overseas factories and have created great relationships with all our suppliers - working with the same small, boutique factories for the last 10 years.
We are proud of the above to create a positive change, and we are always looking for new ways to become even more sustainable and kinder to the planet, and will regularly update any additional practises above.
