International Shipping:

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We dispatch all orders from our studio in Melbourne, Victoria. We dispatch orders Monday - Friday excluding public holidays.

We ship all orders same or next day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER BEFORE IT'S BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has been placed, it has therefore begun to be processed & no amendments nor cancellations can be made.

We are not able to combine orders, nor make any changes during this time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do! We offer flat rate international shipping:

Standard shipping - $25
DHL Express - $25
International orders over $200 receive free DHL Express shipping.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Yes, we offer both returns and exchanges on full priced items.

For returns, we will happily provide a refund or credit for any full priced items purchased from our website.


Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you would like to return a product:

1. If your return meets the below eligibility, submit your return request through our returns portal below.

2. Once steps have been followed through the return portal, please upload your tracking number so we can process your return promptly.

RETURN ELEGIBILTY

Returned products must be:

- In new and unused condition with all swing tags still attached.

- Items cannot be returned if swing tags have been removed.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit if these terms are not met and the item will be sent back to you.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I RETURN MY ITEM?

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund or credit within 5 days if approved.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

Sale items and items purchased during a sale / discount period can be returned for exchange or credit only.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

The cost of sending back the product is at the customer’s expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are requiring an exchange, all shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
