To make gifting easier this festive season, any purchases made from 5th - 24th December 2025 will be eligible for our extended Christmas returns and exchanges window.
You’ll have until 10th January 2026 to submit any return or exchange requests.
We offer flat rate trackable shipping Australia-wide:
We dispatch all orders from our studio in Melbourne, Victoria. We dispatch orders Monday - Friday excluding public holidays.
We ship all orders same or next day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Once your order has been placed, it has therefore begun to be processed & no amendments nor cancellations can be made.
We are not able to combine orders, nor make any changes during this time.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or local postal delays.
We ship all orders same or next day except for products listed as pre-order.
Orders purchased during sale periods may take 1-3 days to dispatch.
If you have ordered a pre-order item, it will ship by or on the date stated on the product page.
If you have ordered additional items, they will ship with the pre-order item.
If you need other items sooner, please order them separately.
Yes, we offer both returns for refund, exchanges, or store credit on full priced items.
- Sale items and items purchased during a sale / discount period can be returned for exchange or credit note.
- Items marked final sale cannot be returned so please choose wisely.
- International orders can be returned for refund only.

If you would like to return a product please email us at hello@georgiamae.com.au with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have emailed and received return instructions, orders must be sent back within the 14 day period.
Returned products must be:
- In new and unused condition with all swing tags still attached.
- Items cannot be returned if swing tags have been removed.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit if these terms are not met and the item will be sent back to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund, exchange or store credit within 5 days.
The cost of sending back the product is at the customer’s expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
