We offer flat rate trackable shipping Australia-wide:
- Australia Post Standard Shipping - $8
- Australia Post Express Shipping - $10
All Australian orders over $100 receive free shipping.

We dispatch all orders from our studio in Melbourne, Victoria. We dispatch orders Monday - Friday excluding public holidays.
We ship all orders same or next day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. -
Once your order has been placed, it has therefore begun to be processed & no amendments nor cancellations can be made.
We are not able to combine orders, nor make any changes during this time.

- Standard Shipping (Australia Post) - $25 AUD
- Express Shipping (Australia Post) - $35 AUD
- Free International Shipping on orders over $200 AUD
We do not cover duties or taxes.

We ship all orders same or next day except for products listed as pre-order.
Orders purchased during sale periods may take 1-3 days to dispatch. -
If you have ordered a pre-order item, it will ship by or on the date stated on the product page.
If you have ordered additional items, they will ship with the pre-order item.
If you need other items sooner, please order them separately.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES FAQ

Yes, we offer both returns for refund, exchanges, or store credit on full priced items.
- Sale items and items purchased during a sale / discount period can be returned for exchange only.
- Items marked final sale cannot be returned so please choose wisely.
Your satisfaction and experience shopping with Georgia Mae is our main priority and we want you to love our pieces as much as we do! -
If you would like to return a product please email us at hello@georgiamae.com.au with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have emailed and received return instructions, orders must be sent back within the 14 day period. -
Returned products must be:
- In new and unused condition with all swing tags still attached.
- Items cannot be returned if swing tags have been removed.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit if these terms are not met and the item will be sent back to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund, exchange or store credit within 5 days.

The cost of sending back the product is at the customer’s expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are requiring an exchange, all shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. -
Sale items and items purchased during a sale / discount period can be returned for exchange only.
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned so please choose wisely.
Items marked as Perfectly Imperfect cannot be returned.
