RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will happily provide a refund or exchange for any full priced items purchased from our website within 5 days of receiving your order.
Your satisfaction is our main priority and we want you to love our pieces as much as we do!
All products must be returned in new and unused condition with all swing tags attached and protective packaging / dust bags intact. Items cannot be returned if swing tags have been removed.
If you would like to return a product - simply email us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line, within 5 days of receiving your order. After the expiry of the 5 day period, no refund or exchange can be offered.
The cost of sending back the product is at the customer’s expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are requiring an exchange, all shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
You will receive a refund or exchange once we have received and approved that the product is in it’s original condition. A return processing time of up to 5 working days may apply.
Sale items and items purchased during a sale / discount period are not eligible for a refund, these items are final sale only.
If you have received an item that is faulty, we will offer an exchange for the same item (if it is in stock) or a full refund after inspection.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if these terms are not met and the item will be sent back to you.
