We will provide a refund or exchange on full priced items for the following:

The goods are to be returned in their original packaging with swing tag still attached, with invoice and completed returns form within 3 days of receiving your order.

If 3 days have passed since you have received your order, unfortunately we cannot give you a refund or exchange.

The goods have not been worn, washed, used or damaged.

If the goods are faulty or wrongly described, we will offer an exchange for the same item (if it is in stock) or a full refund.

Sale items and items purchase during a sale cannot be returned or exchanged, these items are final sale only.

Items are to be returned with trackable shipping before the 7 days of the placement of your order. Please insure the returns form and invoice are enclosed and tracking number is provided when being shipped back. We are not liable for any missing incoming deliveries.

We will only refund reasonable shipping costs if we deem the item as faulty, otherwise the customer is liable for all shipping costs (original incoming shipping costs and outgoing).

Once the goods have been received and your claim is approved, a refund will be provided to the payment method that the order was placed with. Depending on your bank, this can take anywhere from 3 - 5 working days.

In the case of an exchange, the new item will be posted to you and you will be provided with a new tracking number.
