Our $10 off your first order is for orders over $30, purchases made below $30 will be refunded.
We dispatch all orders from our studio in Melbourne, Victoria.
All orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been placed, it has therefore begun to be processed & no amendments nor cancellations can be made.
We are not able to combine orders, nor make any changes during this time.
AUSTRALIA
We offer flat rate trackable standard shipping - $10, as well as flat rate trackable express shipping - $13.
Flat rate standard shipping for our phone cases is $8 and express $10.
All orders are sent by Australia Post.
All orders are shipped same-day if ordered before 3pm, this excludes pre-order items.
INTERNATIONAL
We offer $20 flat rate standard shipping sent by DHL e-commerce (5-9 business days).
Please allow a few days to receive your tracking number. A tracking number email will be sent to you once it becomes available from DHL.
We are not responsible for any lost deliveries, incorrect addresses provided to us,
administrative fees, customs or duties fees that may apply to your country.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
We have extended our returns for the Christmas period from the 7th of December. All full-priced item orders will be able to be returned until January 31st.
RETURNS
We will happily provide a refund or exchange for any full priced items purchased from our website within 7 days of receiving your order.
Your satisfaction is our main priority and we want you to love our pieces as much as we do!
All products must be returned in new and unused condition with all swing tags attached and with protective packaging / dust bags. Items cannot be returned if swing tags have been removed.
If you would like to return a product - simply email us at customer@georgiamae.com.au with your order number in the subject line, within 7 days of receiving your order. After the expiry of the 7 day period, no refund or exchange can be offered.
The cost of sending back the product is at the customer’s expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are requiring an exchange, all shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
You will receive a refund or exchange once we have received and approved that the product is in it’s original condition. A return processing time of up to 5 working days may apply.
Sale items and items purchased during a sale / discount period are not eligible for a refund, these items are final sale only.
If you have received an item that is faulty, we will offer an exchange for the same item (if it is in stock) or a full refund after inspection.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if these terms are not met and the item will be sent back to you.
